Laurie Abramson

Laurie AbramsonLaurie’s path to Pilates has evolved through a career in professional dance. With her background as a dancer, teacher, choreographer and rehearsal director, one of the strengths she brings to her Pilates work is her eye for looking at how bodies move, seeing inconsistencies, and correcting the bio mechanics of a movement in order to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.

She enjoys the challenge of helping students avoid injuries and work on addressing existing problems, introducing new people to the joy of movement and the empowerment of mastering something you thought unattainable with your body.
