Laurie Abramson

Laurie’s path to Pilates has evolved through a career in professional dance. With her background as a dancer, teacher, choreographer and rehearsal director, one of the strengths she brings to her Pilates work is her eye for looking at how bodies move, seeing inconsistencies, and correcting the bio mechanics of a movement in order to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.

She enjoys the challenge of helping students avoid injuries and work on addressing existing problems, introducing new people to the joy of movement and the empowerment of mastering something you thought unattainable with your body.

Linda Campbell

Linda Campbell has been a personal trainer and Pilates reformer instructor at Personal Best since 2008, training clients privately, semi-privately and in small group sessions.

Linda holds certifications as a PHI Pilates Reformer Trainer, Corealign Trainer, NETA Personal Trainer, NETA Group Exercise Instructor, Spinning Instructor, and Arthritis Foundation Instructor.

Linda left the corporate world to raise her two sons and is well into her second career as fitness professional. An avid runner, Linda has competed in some local 5k races, adding up the miles weekly, until she got up enough “nerve” to train for her first marathon.

Shari Kussner

Shari has been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years and is extremely passionate about helping people achieve their goals. She has numerous group exercise certifications including Spinning, Primary Aerobics, TRX, WillPower and Grace, BOSU, Pound and Jillian Michaels Body Shred. She also holds certifications in Mat Pilates and Pilates Reformer from PHI Pilates.

Shari began practicing Pilates ten years ago after experiencing an injury and immediately saw the benefits. Pilates helped her heal and also changed her body. Shari trains both group and private clients in mat and reformer and loves working with men and women of all ages to make them look good and feel even better.
