Small Group Pilates Reformer Program:

Our Small Group Pilates Reformer Program is designed to improve postural alignment and range of motion, while developing lean toned muscles, overall strength and a strong inner core.

Small Group Pilates Reformer sessions are limited to 4 participants and taught by highly experienced and certified Pilates instructors.

Small Group Pilates Reformer Weekly Program Schedule:

Mondays: 10:30-11:30am
Tuesdays: 4:30-5:30pm
Sundays: 10:00-11:00am

Linda Michalak-Campbell:
Wednesdays: 8:30-9:30am

Shari Kussner:
Thursdays: 7:15-8:15pm
Saturdays 9:00-10:00am & 10:00-11:00am
Sundays: 11:00-12:00pm
10:00-11:00am & 11:00-12:00pm

Individual Pilates Reformer Programs:

Core Pilates Studio offers Private and Duet Pilates Reformer instruction by appointment to accommodate your scheduling needs, as well as specialized Pilates programming which includes: ‘Pilates for Sport’ (golf, tennis, runners), ‘Pilates for Healing & Post-Injury’ and ‘Pre & Post Natal Pilates’.
